When does the Dream Sale run?
The Dream Sale runs online across November 2026, 30% off full price from 9am AEST Monday 9 November to 9am AEST Tuesday 10 November, and 20 to 70% off sitewide from 10am AEST Tuesday 10 November to 9am AEST Monday 16 November. All times are AEST.
How do I get early access?
Get on our list, join INCLUB or join the Facebook Club Community. The early access password lands by email, and by text if you've added your mobile, and the Club girls shop first.
Is the Dream Sale on in the Redcliffe store?
No. The Dream Sale is online only. Dream Sale prices and offers aren't available in our Redcliffe store.
Can I use a discount code?
From 9 to 16 November, no. Only one discount can apply to an order, so discount codes, including Club, welcome, referral and affiliate codes, can't be used with the 30% off or the 20 to 70% off.
Is there free shipping?
No. Free shipping offers during the Dream Sale: from 9am AEST Monday 9 November to 9am AEST Monday 16 November, and from 9am AEST Friday 27 November to 9am AEST Tuesday 1 December. Shipping is worked out at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Pick up isn't available during the Dream Sale: from 9am AEST Monday 9 November to 9am AEST Monday 16 November, and from 9am AEST Friday 27 November to 9am AEST Tuesday 1 December. Every Dream Sale order is shipped to you, and shipping is worked out at checkout.
How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch during the Dream Sale.
Can I return or exchange a Dream Sale order?
Dream Sale orders can be returned for store credit, or exchanged if you're in Australia and the item is in stock, within 30 days of shipping. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Returns are online only through our returns portal, so Dream Sale orders can't be returned in our Redcliffe store. Final sale styles can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
What if a price is shown incorrectly?
We work hard to make sure every Dream Sale price is right, but mistakes can happen. If a style is listed at a price that's clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we may cancel that item or order before it ships and refund you in full to your original payment method. If you're ever charged more than the advertised Dream Sale price, we'll refund the difference. We'll always let you know by email.
