Eligibility for Returns

• Refunds: Submit your return request within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for items bought with a discount code, sale, bundles, or with a free gift—these are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
• Store Credit or Exchange: You have up to 30 days from the fulfillment date to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of animal hair, stains, or perfume. Items that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to the sender.

How to Return

2. Enter your order details.
3. Select your preferred return option (store credit, exchange, or refund if eligible).
4. Generate a return label and send your item back to our warehouse.

Return Fees

A return label fee of $14.99 applies. This covers the cost of shipping your return to us. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to send the new item to you.
