PEOPLE
Social responsibility.
The Lullaby Club is committed to social responsibility, paying a living wage for all workers who make our clothes. We never want to lose sight of this, even as our business grows.
We are dedicated to supporting a better world through sustainable manufacturing. We work with 2 small factories in China. Each factory has a small team of workers earning a living wage and boast high staff retention rates. Any excess work in the factory is paid accordingly. We pledge to meet or exceed the Global Living Wage coalitions regional guide to living wage.

PLANET
Sustainability Responsibility
Here at TLC, we are committed to creating a positive future for the fashion industry where waste is recycled and reused.
- Our return forms are made from recycled cardstock and your packages are shipped to you in compostable/recycable mailer bags and wrapped in eco-friendly packaging.
- If you need to return a garment, our compostable/ recycable mailer bags can be reused.
- Always using natural and/or recycled fabrics to make the garments.
- We are always looking for ways to streamline our processes and make our pieces affordable and wearable for seasons to come.
- Fees and charges from billing organisations such as Paypal and Afterpay are absorbed by us. What you receive from us is of the highest quality, chosen with intention and designed for all.
- We offer several payment methods to allow more ways to pay.

PEOPLE
Giving Back
Since The Lullaby Club began, founders Marisa & Kevina have made it a priority to give back. We donate profits to causes we love and we’re proud to continue doing this in the years ahead. Here are the charities we've given our love to:
Children's Ground.
A First Nations organisation led by First Nations communities

Baby Give Back
Baby Give Back is a nonprofit organization that provides donations to families in crisis. The organization makes donations via social service agencies and social workers who are qualified to assess a family's need.

Wires Wildlife Rescue
We were able to donate to WIRES, Australia's largest wildlife rescue organisation, during the Australian bushfires. WIRES has been rescuing and caring for sick, injured, and orphaned native animals for over 35 years. Its mission is to actively rehabilitate and preserve Australian wildlife and inspire others to do the same.

NSW Rural Fire Service
The NSW RFS is widely acknowledged as the largest volunteer fire service in the world. Members of the NSW RFS are trained to very high levels of competence to ensure they know what to do in an emergency.
